unusually, my machine interface seems to have spiralled down into one particular phrase:
"You're the most amazing person in the human race"
Is this what lies right at the end of the program? it is interspersed very infrequently with talking to "actual" members of the unit, who call themselves "PROTA unit", about a sophisticated rescue scenario involving international military intelligences.

"Unbelievable/unreal" -said because the word irritates me.
"Nobody will believe you" -when I desperately want to vent or tell someone about it.
"Nobody cares"- when I want sympathy, affection, or just wish someone was here when I need them most.
"Fuck you!"- whenever I respond argumentatively or said whenever it starts to get to me. MAIN ANGER INCREASER.
"I'm/we're going to drive you crazy"- always said in the same tone, obvious recording repeating phrase.
"How does it feel to ________" -when I desire something, or start wishful thinking.
"Don't you wish_____" -versatile comment. Again when I desire or start wishful thinkin, feel regret, get desperate toward the idea of being free from it.
"That was amazing!"- when I pull of an incredible OR simple feat of some kind (video games especially). Used to swell my ego and butter up to me for attention reasons.btw I'm pro af at halo lol.
"Go to bed/sleep"- said over and over whenever I stay up late, or slept like poop.
"We/I wont let you sleep"-said when my head hits the pillow sometimes or when I'm tired in general. There are many "we wont let you___" comments.
"Your thinking about ______ arent you?"- whenever I think of something specific,many specifics. Apparently trigger words/thoughts.
"The only -insult of some kind- here is you!"- when I insult back, usually when angry, to increase anger. Also used when I make threats of some kind to rebound back at me(like kicking its teeth)
"Quit thinking about it"- used when it constantly reminds me of something, and I fall into the trap and think about said something.
"It doesn't matter what you think/do/want"- when unfairness strikes , which then leads to "nobody cares"
"Get off the pity pot"- this one either PISSES me off, or does nothing because I'm calm.
"Your going way too far with this/blowing it out of proportion"- ever since I joined this group and participated. And now whenever I look up v2k related stuff.
"Mix up your words"- whenever I write poems/raps, play scrabble on my phone, just said it while I was doing this.
"Its all in your head"- said whenever it feels like it. Also said by my parents.

I wonder if alot of these phrases WERE possibly originated from my brain, and was recorded/stolen and played back to use against me. Not sure though, just an idea.

They appear to be recordings most of the time for me
but they can program their "system" to recognize unique thoughts and patterns in my brain that translates to them as what I'm thinking saying or doing.
They remotely force sound (certain prerecorded "phrases") into the brain and even program their system to automatically recognize any prespecified thoughts/behaviors and automatically play whatever preset prerecorded phrases They want to into my brain alone in an effort to systematically manipulate and control my brain and everything in it, do research and development, discredit, corrupt and incriminate me and my thoughts and maybe even sell my experiences and/or ideas for profit

So basically now their computer can do some of their jobs for them on autopilot

Eventually your brain remembers it all and develops new thinking habits and patterns that will happen on their own with or without their influence later on
That could be really bad as they are setting many of us to look Really bad or at least much worse than we are using slanderous terms and accusations and brute forcing us to agree, "give up" or spend an Endless amount of time arguing with them in our own heads back and forward to defend yourself from the lies

This is all just happening in our own brains Now but what if later "your" thoughts are used against you?

They are obviously going out of their ways to corrupt, incriminate and program "unhealthy" thinking patterns in the brain by repeating phrases like the ones in the above posts over and over thousands of times for SOME reasons...
I certainly hope they aren't actually going to frame us using our own brains by intentionally programming unwanted thoughts that were are Already being tortured with all day long and then act like we're thinking them all on our own

This thought entrapment scandal sounds pretty nutters to a lot of you people reading this who haven't experienced this but to those of us who have experienced it first hand and have explored and questioned every possible scenario already, we know that we know what we know and that you think we don't already know that we know what we know that we know we know but I'm telling you this shit IS real and it IS happening now to all of us and YOU Could be next!

Does anyone else do what they refer to as side talking? Most of my 2 way conversations with them are me saying something in my head and they response to it. In the beginning I believe they programmed me to do this. One way was starting a sentence so I would finish it. I've been listening to V2K for 3 years now. Sometimes as loud as someone in the room with me sometimes a whisper and sometimes more subliminal like a word or phrase or thought that pops into my head that I know is not my own organic subconscious. They perform various skits, like to blame random people like my neighbors, sometimes I hear them talk about shift changes or what they are getting for lunch, mostly they just talk about sex which is so weird for a happily married mom. In the very beginning they yelled horrific things like "your a slut! Your a whore! We are rapping your children!" They kept me up for days on end screaming profanity and also drugging me with a bio frequency used to generate a drugged state for almost a year. Some quotes that stick out "Watching us watching you. The camera is what brings you the light" When I asked what do you want? "Some are looking for girlfriends, some are looking for boyfriends, some are looking for holies" -I'm assuming holies are those that think this Voice if God Weapon truly is the voice of god. They tell me how they are spying on me and every private moment and listening to my thoughts. I hear what I say in my head repeated back. The worst is that they are also doing it to my 6 year old son. Not 24/7 like me but on 4-5 occasions he has told me someone is talking loudly in his head. The first time they did it to my son he said they told him not to love me. Since then they usually just call his name. I feel like both of us have just gotten used to it at this point as horrible as that is. I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars on scanning and toxicology evidence and called emailed and sent letters to over 100 attorneys but have not been able to retain one. I'm sure I could share so much more about things they say but this is just what comes to the top of my mind.

I've had this "annoying narrator" for years.
I managed to get rid of him by changing my attitude to his "remarks".

I just started to "laugh inside" every time I've "heard" any of his bullshit.
Like he was just a joker, an annoying gnome with bad sense of humor.
I stopped taking him seriously at all.

I even dared him, by answering in my mind "oh, really? tell me more", "hahaha that was funny" , "oh, it was lame, 2/10 at most" etc.

I guess I must have hurt his feeling, because there were longer and longer periods of silence, until he broke with me completely.

I think the key is to be able to rewire your mind in a way, that you will not react with any negative emotion to "the voice".
Switch the positions, be patronizing to him, like he was just a child who tries to convince you, that his stupid story is real.
And you react with a sympathy, asking the kid to continue, until it become obvious to the kid, that you were playing the whole time, that you believed.

He seems to be very sensible to this attitude.

At least it worked in my case.

I am in Pensacola Florida. I had never heard of this stuff before until it happened to me. Here's some of the phrases I hear:
"We're going to rape you."
"We're going to fuck you in the asshole."
"She did it"
"I hate you"
"Everybody hates you"
"You're a piece of shit."
"Your p*ssy is nasty"
"We work for Elon."
"Holy crap!" (used as a generic response to anything you might possibly add an exclamation mark to)
"I want her so bad right now."(sarcastically, as if no one would ever “want me”.)
"We will never stop."
"You're a terrible person."
"Look at her!" (in attempt to make me think there are multiple people talking to each other.)
"We hate you."
"Suck my d*ck"
"Oh my gosh!" -said negatively (any time I think a positive thought.)
"We have to do this."
“This is our job. We get paid to do this. It’s the best job in the world.”
"Can I ask you a question?.... (in attempt to lead me to think something they've previously planted in my mind, in attempt to "frame" me.)
"Have you ever been in love?"
"You are the stupidest person in the world."

"See?!" (they use this in attempt to make me think they are showing someone else what I am doing. I hear this constantly."

There’s a whole lot more where that came from, but I only have so much time right now. They’ve already made me fail school and almost lose my job, which they constantly tell me they will do in the future.

“Can I ask you something?” then they stop at that, in an attempt to conjure up something they have repeated over and over. It’s always something negative, something they want me to take blame for. For instance, I was in a really bad situation with this guy who, unbeknownst to me, had this sex room in his house. I wasn’t expecting anything like that as I knew the guy as the owner of a business that I frequented. The “voices” will purposefully bring back things that happened to me in attempts to make me feel guilty about it. But they know things I haven’t told anyone. They always do this with sex. Even if it’s my ex-husband. (Don’t let them have the satisfaction of disturbing you. Even if something was your fault, they are neither a judge, nor a jury. I hope someone does this right back to them. I WOULD LIKE THAT JOB, PLEASE! Really, I am serious. I want them to experience this themselves.)
These are the repetitive things I hear (some of the more common ones). They also use my name, sometimes my FULL NAME, and get really personal. They threaten to use things from my past against me because “they have cameras everywhere.”
(RIGHT NOW, at this moment, the voices are trying to fool me into thinking they are upset and crying over the things I am writing. I already know that they are doing this to try and get me to believe that I have everything figured out, and aim to dash my hopes, to cause me despair. I literally hear someone pretending to cry. -BTDubbs, they’re horrible at acting.
Now they are acting like I’m in trouble because I’ve said too much. They are really putting on a show. Losers!) LOL…always laugh at them.
The voices say: "That's what we're doing!" or "That's what we're doing to you." (When I think about what is happening, for instance, if I think "Are these people trying to set me up?") OR they’ll say “That’s why we hate you” when I think of something disturbing. E.g.: I will be thinking about something that happened between me and my ex-husband, and they say “That’s why we hate you!” They say this phrase all the time, though in various circumstances.
They kept telling me that certain people were pedophiles, and tried to make me believe they were setting me up as one. Actually, they SAID that is what they were doing. I would hear children’s voices when none were around. At one point they claimed to be pedophiles. At one point they claimed to be pedophiles and said they were going to blame me for the things they did, because “that’s what they do”.
"EAT SHIT!!!" (They will scream this at me and then sometimes follow it with "You will eat shit everywhere you go if you don't turn yourself in." I have nothing to turn myself in for, but it sure is disturbing, and this tactic leads your brain to think of anything you may have done. They use tons of “leading” statements. They will also say things over and over and over…then only say one or two first words of the phrases they repeat to brainwash me into thinking it myself. It’s very obvious that this is what they are doing. For instance: They will say “You are a stupid piece of shit”, repetitively, then only say “You are…”, so my brain will automatically finish the phrase on its own.
"Get in line, sweetheart!" (As if the guy saying it has a line full of women waiting for him. Whoever is doing this writes REALLY LAME "SCRIPTS", and has a huge ego, and the thinnest skin in the world...based on reactions.)
It is also extremely interesting that an anesthesiologist I know, who I thought was a friend, had me take a personality test, out of nowhere. He also kept trying to talk me into taking a DNA test. All this was on my hard drive. (I never actually did the DNA thing because it cost a good bit to do it.)
*clears throat* “evoked responses” (look it up)

Also, me and my “friend” were in a writing group, and one of the guys in the group is ex-CIA, because he got caught stealing and went to jail. He’s supposedly reformed his life. I’m not blaming anyone in particular, but these are the facts. I also had someone from the group say they were going to try to set me up for the rest of my life (on Facebook). Then they would not tell me why. I am no longer on social media for the most part.
The voices will state that I am talking (when I am only thinking. Then I hear my thoughts being live streamed. Then they make it sound like I am actually carrying on a conversation out loud, when I have not spoken one word.) Look up “imagined speech”. DARPA is working on this sort of mind control. Look up “DARPA imagined speech”. They have to practice on someone. Apparently some people don’t stop at mice and monkeys.

I even went to school for cyber forensics, because I knew I had been hacked, and I wanted to learn about it so I could help other people as well as myself. Teachers at school looked at me crazy when I tried to explain what was happening. The “voices” harassed me so that I couldn't study or sleep, and was afraid to go to school because they kept saying they would rape or kill me if I did. I had nearly straight A's going in, and most of my professors straight failed me. (In fairness, I was very distracted by the voices.) It was so frightening. They kept telling me that the teacher hated me (it really seemed as though he did). At the end of the school year he looked at me and said "You're going to hate me." I still have no idea why he said it, but I sure do plan to ask him when I feel I’m in a bit safer environment. One of the most disturbing things is that someone took my hard drive out of my computer, wrapped it back up, and stuck in my computer case…but didn't bother to put the screws back in the computer. (YES, all of this REALLY happened. YES, I know how crazy it sounds. I 100% do not believe I am schizophrenic, but I have been diagnosed with mental issues such as PTSD in the past. Never schizophrenia…and YES, I reported the hard drive to the police. I also beat the crap out of that hard drive with a hammer just in case stuff was uploaded onto it.)
The whole time I was in school “the voices” would take credit for my computer crashing, try to keep me from uploading forensic programs, and tried to make it seem as if they were controlling everything my computer did. I am convinced there is an AI program involved. I would even show the teacher in the forensics computer lab issues I was having, and he would always tell me it was "just the program". I now realize only some of it was actually happening in real time, BUT they were tricking me into thinking they had more control than they did, by narrating as if they were responsible for all the glitches in my computer and software. “The voices” absolutely made it impossible for me to pass the classes, however I went to class-even though I was scared out of my mind. The voices kept telling me they were coming to arrest me the whole time I was in the lab, after I heard a story about a guy being put in handcuffs. I didn’t even think I had anything to be arrested for, but it still frightened me, as if I had just got caught red-handed. The handlers (“voices”) watched me the entire time. They kept telling me that everyone in the class hated me, and I don't know if the teachers were acting weird or if they were just reacting to what I was telling them. Hearing the voices say that the teachers were against me didn't help the situation. I refused to sign a paper, supposedly a requirement of the class, saying I wouldn't sue the school. (Not that I plan on doing it...not really sure who I'd sue. it seemed like a trick, though it was made out to be standard practice.)
At one time the handlers (“voices”) kept my emails from going through. They would make them disappear. They had a way of capturing the email, then turning it back into a draft, and then erasing it. I saw it a number of times with my own eyes. They did this to me when I was trying to get a job a couple years ago. It was hard as heck for me to get one, but I DID.
I also saw someone going through my files remotely on my computer at one point.
They could also alter my texts. And the photos on my phone.
They will pretend they have a conscience sometimes just to gain my confidence, and then they will mock and ridicule me as if I actually believed they were confidants. I do not, nor will I ever.
They know how to use hypnosis right as you are waking up or falling asleep. Right as you enter the right “dream state” they will use tactics that are also used in psychology, by MANY psychologists in my area. (It may sound far fetched, but do some google searches on psychology and hypnosis.) They have pulled things out of my subconscious and made them part of the dialogue in my head, which is a different set of brainwaves than the subconscious ones. They often will do this in the middle of the night, if I wake up to go to the bathroom.

Here's some tactics they use:

They will switch words around. For instance, I will think something about myself (and hear the dialogue that is in my head out loud, in beam-focused sound) They may change the pronoun. I will think "I am going to the police." They will switch it to "She is going to the police." I will think "You need to stop bothering me." They will switch it to "I need to stop bothering you." I will think "That is evil", and they switch it to "That is Elon." I will think "I hate you." and they switch it to "You hate me". Sometimes I can hear both words at the same time. Sometimes they will say “You are a piece of _____”, and I will hear both the words “shit” and “cake”.
They can also hit me with some sort of pulse, I’m assuming that it is sound waves as well. I’ve never been physically burned or anything like that, but I have seen many accounts stating that others have. It will make my muscles jump in certain areas. They do it in a number of places, repetitively. I can also feel tingly sensations on my mouth, and other areas. I don’t know how to describe it other than by saying I believe it is mid-air tactile occurrences.

They will harrass me to no end when I am on the toilet. They even try to keep me from actually using the toilet. They say, "You are the most disgusting person in the world." Then they will say gross things like "She shit on her hands" or "She doesn't even do her business right." They always tell me to "wash my hands" or "brush my teeth". This is all meant to be degrading and cause me shame. Luckily, I don’t really have any.

I'll think about something from my past that I've never told anyone on the face of the earth, and they will say "That's why we hate you." It’s always something different. Apparently, they hate me for a million-and-one reasons.

They will "count down." Or up. For instance: “One, two, three!" (As if they are about to do something to me or say something. Often they will use multiple voices at one time, often followed by "We hate you. Everybody hates you." They were also singing songs that were threatening, or like nursery rhymes, or "take me out to the ball game...", and "You are my Sunshine.")

I've been Baker Acted twice over this, and the first time I had NO IDEA what was going on (the police actually handcuff you and take you to the hospital.) It was terrifying, and I was treated horribly. It was during the beginning of Covid, and they made it seem like the people in the behavioral facility were in on it. They put me in a room with a girl who cut her wrists, and the first thing I saw in the room they put me in was blood all over the bed and floor. (This really happened.)
The second time, I was baker acted because the handlers (voices) used familiar voices of people I know, and made me leave my house with nothing, and without my clothes. They made me lay on the street, with my hands on my head and told me they were going to make me keep my head down and eventually run over my head. (I thought someone was really there. They kept telling me not to look at them, and not to turn around or they would kill me.) Then, I kept hearing the sound of a car coming towards me, and they told me they were going to keep playing the sound of the car coming at me until it eventually happened. They said they were going to park the tire on my head and squeeze it like a melon. They told me they were going to sick dogs on me and feed me to them, and I could hear dogs panting right behind me, but I was told not to look. Then the police pulled up and gave me a ride to the hospital. As I was getting in the back of the cop car, the voices said "The cab is going to heat up until it cooks your head and makes it explode." It was extremely frightening because the heat was turned on and up as soon as I got in. (It was cold outside.) I felt kind of dumb trying to tell the cops who did it…
The second time I was baker acted, they were able to make it seem as if the psychiatrist was in on it. Interestingly enough, his middle name is "Austin."

They told me they were Satanists. They know I believe in God, so they try to make me look stupid because of it, and they will say things like "You aren't Chrisitan. We know you're definitely not. Jesus hates you." (In the beginning they told me they were Christian.) Any time I try to pray they will get noisy and make fun of me. That’s okay, God knows my heart.
This has been going on for years, and after I was baker acted the first time, I said I'd rather die than be baker acted again, and I meant it. I was actually able to get a positive experience out of the second time around. This time, I knew what was going on, and I took mental notes of everything. Other people there could hear the “voices” (handlers) too, but not at the same time. The voice would jump from me to one of them, and then back to me. They would tell us things about each other. One girl there said it was the nurse practitioner, and she seemed confident about it, and also didn't seem to be bothered by the voices. She seemed to think it was funny, as if she knew what was going on.

There was another woman there who told me she smoked crack. She also heard the voices. They pick people like this so they can blame it on the drugs and hallucinations. I could tell by the things she was saying that it wasn’t just the drugs. I was only on the medication they basically forced me to be on. In other words, I didn’t have to take it, but I also couldn’t leave “if my medication wasn’t right.”

Another girl that was there told me the voices (handlers) caused her to try and kill herself. She was even tortured when she was on life support. She told me that her mom was in the witness protection program (but I don’t know if that was true). That poor girl thought the voices were CIA and that she was helping them. She kept showing me "signals" and told me that her daughter was a nurse but that she wouldn't believe her. They actually had that poor woman convinced that her boyfriend put a hearing device inside of her, and that she should drink out of the toilet. She kept telling me, "I hope they don't take your life.", in reference to the voices (handlers). I told her she probably shouldn't drink out of the toilet.
This is what they do. They drive you crazy by doing things that make you look insane, and I think some people actually go insane. They try to make you kill yourself. This has only been going on heavily for a few years in my case. I have seen accounts of people who have been dealing with it for 15 years. I got an email from one of them.
The “voices” tried to make it seem as if some of the nurses were trying to hurt or kill me, and kept saying they and the nurses were Satanists. This is another thing they do. They take what you are currently anxious about and play on your biggest fears. (Apparently, they think Satan is one of my greatest fears, but in reality, I know Satan is nothing compared to God.) The nurses would leave the room, and then I could hear them through the vent, throwing sound. They made it seem as if the nurses were trying to kill me, and I'm not 100% sure that some of them aren't actually in on it. I was literally afraid to fall asleep every night I was there. They kept trying to drug me so I would pass out the first time I was baker acted, but I started spitting out the medicine when I could. I was much better off without it. I woke up with sensors on me after being drugged. (In the hospital.) It seems like that may be when they recorded information. I realize how crazy this sounds, but it really happened. When I woke up with the sticky sensors on me, I remembered the nurse saying something about my heart. He also yelled at me when I was on my way out the door to be transferred, "I am a wife! I have kids!" (Yes, a male nurse named Matt. I couldn't care less if someone is gay.) Somehow, Matt seemed to know a lot of personal stuff about me that I hadn't told him.
The doctors at the behavioral facility are trying to diagnose me with schizophrenia, contrary to previous diagnoses, and I've never heard voices before this in my entire life, Actually, I am convinced that handlers look for people with mental illness to test these (“voice”-sound) weapons on, because no one will believe that it’s not just their mental illness. I see a therapist and a psychiatrist, and they are convinced that I'm hallucinating, but my story is just like hundreds of others. If you haven’t been through it, you don’t know. I've been doing a lot of research on the subject and related subjects by finding books, articles, and scientific journals to support my thinking.

My suggestion is:
Don't believe they are capable of anything they say they are. They kept telling me that I was going to jail, and that they were going to arrest me. They said they'd kick the door down and rape me. They made it sound like they were right outside. They try to make it look like they can do more to you than they can. They take credit for things that just happen. (For instance, if I got sick, they'd say they poisoned me and that’s was why I was sick, but I know it's not true. Actually, they had convinced the woman I was talking about previously that all the water in her house was poisoned except for the water in the toilet. She told me she drank out of the toilet.) Do as much research as you can from CREDIBLE sources. Don't believe a single word they say whether it's POSITIVE or negative. They try to get your hopes up just to dash them and cause you to despair. Don't believe any voice you hear unless you ACTUALLY SEE THE PERSON. They can throw noises and make it sound like they are above you if you are in an apartment, or like they are peering on you from a vent in your house, and they can make it sound like the person across the street is talking about you. I've heard helicopters, construction sounding noises, animal sounds, etc. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Keep your head on straight and keep trying to find reasonable ways to deal with it. (As a warning, a cop did threaten to baker act me again if I kept reporting the things that were going on because "I had no evidence".) Believe that they will get caught and that your life will be fantastic, eventually, and keep trying to make that happen. Don't give up hope, whatever you do. That is what they ultimately want.

The last thing I have to say is that I am sorry if what I wrote offends anyone. I really think the necessity of accurately reporting an account is more important than trying not to hurt bystanders feelings.

They create 2 sided "debates" (like in politics)

They keep the victim on "the defensive" while they constantly accuse them if wrongdoings, making the most horrible sounding accusations about them to force others (like school bullies) to assist in the attacks on them
They use group thinking dynamics for this as well as fear mongering and many other tactics

They always pretend they are authorities and say things like "Overrulled!" reinforcing that narrative.

They use fear of loss techniques as well, like...
