To expose the earlier versions of technologies like V2K and other voice of god weapons by purchasing/creating our own and using them on the population in a positive way.
The best people to "target" are news reporters, politicians, doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists and people who are both very credible and influential.
What you can do:
Get a parametric speaker or other sound device that enables you to single out people and make them hear what you want them to hear.
Let them know that this technology exists and that it's being used in horrible ways to torture and harass people all over the world.
The more people that become aware, the better. Do NOT use this technology to torture and harass people as that makes you no better than those who have done it to you!
