Many connections are not really significant and only seem so because you have MADE them so

For example,
An orange has nothing to do with a parachute unless you think about an orange and then a parachute. If you think about a parachute every time you think of an orange, you will strengthen their connection.
The connection they would have is ONLY because you created it.

Do NOT use your OWN thinking against yourself & do NOT let them either!
CARING is problem; DO NOT CARE; Imagine they aren't even monitoring you.

They're NOT talking, arguing, opposing or supporting you; Just making it SOUND like they ARE!

Cognitive Dissonance is used to control you

DISSOLVING DISSONANCE (IN THE BRAIN)
Dissolving cognitive dissonance using logic

Cognitive Dissonance is basically opposing beliefs held simultaneously
It creates conflicts and "splits" in the mind as you believe contradicting things

If you don't know what cognitive dissonance is, you really need to become familiar with it and also become aware of how it's used against us

Dissolve cognitive dissonance or "oversiding" thoughts/beliefs/phrases by simply realizing you're not on one or both opposing sides of a limited "spectrum" but somewhere in between the two ends or completely outside of it

"Oversiding" is a term i came up with on my own but its basically the mental process of going too far to one or both sides of any given spectrum

An example would be if there's a spectrum between "worst person in the world" and "best person in the world"
Oversiding would be if you see yourself on one or both ends of that spectrum but in all actuality, you're probably somewhere in between the two polar opposites or not even On the spectrum

Remember that "overgeneralized" beliefs do not apply to every situation the same way
Youd be right saying youre "cold" when it's cold outside but not when it's warm out
Hense why you wouldnt go through your entire life saying "I'm cold" all the time like it's a part of your personality
But the people creating cognitive dissonance by repeating these types of overgeneralized thoughts/beliefs are going to create problems so you have to dissolve and dismiss them with what you know to be true and untrue

If we don't do this, it can be used to manipulate and control us in a plethora of ways
Break free from dualistic thinking and expand your mind
It's not just "one way or another"
One size doesn't fit all

Another example of cognitive dissonance and how it is used against us...

Picture 2 very similar countries going to war and the opposing sides labelled as "good guys" and "bad guys"

People of both countries are told and expectef to accept the labels as true and go along with them for a plethora of "supporting" reasons/beliefs

But the irony here is that there is a paradox or contradiction.
As people will tend to refer to themselves and the people in their own country as "the good guys" and the people in the other country as "the bad guys"
Yet both countries will do this

So as one race/one world/one mind, we all technically believe contradicting things That we are both good guys And bad guys

The reality though is very different and much more complicated but because we are used to this cognitive dissonance and limited dualistic thinking, we fall victim to thsee manipulating tactics and end up killing eachother for our rulers

Cognitive Dissonance corrupts and effects much more than international conflicts
It's used to corrupt and control almost everything and everyone

If you don't believe that Now, you will Now as you're realizing things people are normally against and wouldn't do yet will still justify supporting or doing for enough money
This is a prime example of CD

HOW FALSE BELIEFS ARE PROGRAMMED

They Act As If what they're saying is true
Talking like it's already a reality by saying what Else would be true or mimicking thoughts you would have if it was, building onto that false belief with more thoughts and beliefs that one would normally have if it were
This is how they "reframe" brains to think incriminating or unwanted thoughts and make it look like they are genuine thoughts and beliefs we have
But they don't coincide with our true feelings and they are naturally rejected

An example...

The belief to program:
"You're a terrible person"

"You're a terrible person because _"
"You know you're a terrible person"
"You think you're not a terrible person"
"It's obvious you're a terrible person"
"Everyone agrees you're a terrible person"
"Only terrible people think like you"
"If you weren't a terrible person you'd _"
"You don't _ so you're clearly terrible"
"You think you're not a terrible person just because_"
"You really think just because you _ you're not a terrible person?!"

These are dismissable when heard only a small number of times but when heard repeatedly literally thousands of times at times where you can associate what they're saying with your thoughts and behaviors, things get a little more difficult and you may start to believe it's the truth
Especially when they keep adding on more stuff to back up their bullshit

They're also using dirty Neuro Lingustic Programming techniques on top of all this

HOW TO DISARM & DISMISS UNWANTED THOUGHTS
WITH "AUTOMATED RETRACTIONS"
Retract unwanted thoughts automatically with a repeated one-liner...

A phrase, when repeated over and over in response to unwanted/automated thoughts, will eventually be remembered and rethought of automatically (after making it a habit) by the brain in response to the unwanted thoughts.

It serves as a 1 line replacement for all the wasted time arguing with "perps" in your own head, trying to explain why you're thinking the thoughts while incriminating yourself in the process
You can skip all that entrapping bullshit
And retract those thoughts on auto pilot

This example phrase is synonymous and can resonate in the brain on many levels The more levels, the better because that's more thoughts you'll have right after the unwanted thoughts that will divert and distract you from more unwanted ones

The phrase...

"I did not just think what I thought I did"

What's going in in the brain and what you're really meaning/thinking/saying Every Time you repeat this phrase...

1. Jokingly, (I did Not just think that xD)

2. I didn't want to think it and technically I just thought Of thinking Of it (whatever it is) If I think further into it its not my fault

3. Just think...about what's going on here
-Reminding the perps monitoring your thoughts to think their own thoughts about what you know they know you all know what's REALLY going on and more

4. What I thought (I did)
-Taking responsibility for the mistake

5. All is well (forgetting and moving on)
-Get into the habit of moving on immediately after repeating the phrase so that you don't get caught in bad thinking
Whoever is monitoring will get over it
You know you're not as bad as you look

Repeating this phrase and automatically thinking about all of these things right afterwards should become an effortless process once you remember and practice getting into a habit

It can be any phrase but I just used this one as an example

This isn't something that's going to happen over night but it's worth doing as
Eventually you'll do it subconsciously

Any of your habitual unwanted thoughts can be "defused" and go away
You won't even really care what they're saying to you in your head about it because you caught them and their game is now over

Then they program those phrases (recordings) to play automatically when Triggered by the already recognized and labelled activity in your brain
They individually set up and preprogrammed this to take place so that your brain will soak it all up while you're being forced to hear it over and over repeatedly literally thousands of times day and night for weeks, months and years...

They are recognizing more and more unique activity or patterns in your brain as time goes on, adding more and more labels and responses, similar to other fear and trauma based brain control teqniques used to make changes to the persons thoughts, behaviors and personality that detereorate them from the inside out and makes them easier to control

What words can they say over and over and over to change the way you think and act and your overall thoughts and beliefs?
And how much more suceptable are you when you're either unaware of whats going on or unable to believe it?
The truth may be crazier than all of the lies...

They can also make what they're saying sound like it's someone else saying it.
For example you may be walking around in public and they may precondition you beforehand that "everyone knows who you are already" and "they know you're a (something bad)"
They can change and add effects to their voices to make it sound like people around you are talking bad about you
They may pop some key trigger words that they've already "sensitized" you to into a strangers head close to you so they say it out loud thinking it was their thought to get you to believe they're talking directly about you
But the person will just justify it or dismiss it as their own thought so if you confront them they aren't going to listen to you sounding like a nut job talking about them being mind controlled

But these sneaky orchestrating brain fuckers can really get you thinking and believing a ton of potential unfortunate scenarios you May Have somehow unbelievably got yourself caught in and that Everywhere you go, Everyone seems to know who you are and is involved...
Tricking you like this isn't only about deteriorating you and keeping you under control. They're also accomplisjing many other things in the process
They may want you to make a stupid decision and end up in jail or dead or kill yourself
Or maybe rhey want you to be scared of those things and not focus on what's really going on

It may seem as though there are no other options when they are continuously threatening your life in a plethora of different ways both directly and inadvertently seemingly nonstop via V2K/EBL/W.E. it is

But fear not people. These are only tricks. And some/many of the people whom have triggered you or whom you may have thought were definitely stalking you or was out to get you and actually knew who you were, were quite possibly being "influenced" themselves by with this technology
After all its a lot easier, more cost effective and secretive to just nonchilantly influence people around you like puppets without even their awareness versus hiring people to follow you around and show up where you're going before you get there
In fact it's much more likely that they are not doing the latter if the above is possible (it is)

If they wanted to set you up they could have, especially with all their human and material recourses
